Aaron Crane

As President of Crane Builders, Aaron is responsible for setting the strategic direction for Crane Builders and overall leadership of operational and financial functions. His fierce entrepreneurial spirit is a driving force behind continuous improvement in the ICF Industry and educating clients and the community on green building.

Aaron attended Indiana University where he received his BA and was a member of the wrestling team.

Aaron resides in Indianapolis with his partner Carrie and enjoys global travel, competing in triathlons, and supporting his local community by coaching wrestling at Avon High School in Avon, Indiana.

Adrian Crane

Adrian was raised in Bloomington, IN and moved to Indianapolis during high school. Throughout his childhood he often worked with his father and grew up in the building trade and on job sites.

Adrian has spent the last 15 years working in the field for Crane Builders.  His depth of talent and experience includes site preparation, ICF installation and detailed interior finishes.  He is intimately involved in both the preparation and execution of projects and works hard to support the client friendly experience that Crane is known for.

Adrian attended Wittenberg University with a major in history and was a member of the football team.   He currently resides in Brownsburg, IN with his wife Emily and their five children.  He enjoys time with his family and coaching in various youth leagues.

Carrie Schroeder

Carrie was raised in Bloomington Indiana and has enjoyed living in Chicago, Milwaukee and most recently Indianapolis, IN.  Her experience working for both large multinational companies and small family owned organizations has created her appreciation for client engagement and helping to tell the story of unique and passionate companies.

Carrie received her MBA in International Business from Marquette University and her BA from Purdue University.  She has worked around the world and brings best in class ideas in socially and environmentally responsible building and business practices back to the Midwest, giving Crane a unique view of the world to share with its clients
