| GREEN BUILDING CERTIFICATIONS LEED is an internationally recognized certification system that measures how well a building or community performs across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts. Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), LEED provides building owners and operators a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions. LEED is flexible enough to apply to all building types – commercial as well as residential. It works throughout the building lifecycle – design and construction, operations and maintenance, tenant fit out and significant retrofit. And LEED for Neighborhood Development extends the benefits of LEED beyond the building footprint into the neighborhood it serves. CERTIFIED GREEN PROFESSIONAL (CGP) – Aaron Crane is certified. AARON CRANE
Thinking back I remember the first time being on a job site it was 1981 DeForest Wisconsin. I was only 5 years old and quite sure that the grey soupy stuff coming out this gigantic truck and going on to the ground nice and flat was the perfect race track from my Air Jammer to sail across. Well, my Air Jammer never did sail across or sail at all. As you may have guessed it sank, out of sight into a grey abyss. I immediately was devastated and had ruined the rapport I developed with the concrete crew as a cute little kid who would gladly carry anything I could manage even if only for a step or two. Following those first few years of experiences I grew up in Bloomington, Indiana. Like so many kids in America I enjoyed sports, friends, family and a healthy does of construction. After high school I attended Indiana University where I was fortunate to wrestle and graduated in 1998 with a degree in psychology. During the work week I supervise job sites and meet with new clients exchanging ideas on good Green Building practices for their home. |

| ADRIAN CRANE I joined my family's business in May of 2003 after finishing college at Wittenberg University. Although, I studied history in school I decided to make construction my profession. The two major reasons I chose to do so were the opportunity to work with my family and I enjoy working with my hands. It makes me proud to work with my family and I know the ICF homes we offer outperform any other home on the market. My role in the company is managing our work crew on job sites and supervise all ICF projects. Outside of Crane Builders I have my own family. My wife (and high school sweetheart) Emily and I have been together ten years and married for four. In August 2006 we had our son, Ethan, and are awaiting our second child in December 2007. For fun we love to get out on the lake to ski or just relax. My personal hobbies include sports of about any kind, I love listening to music and reading an occasional book. Football is my favorite sport to play, which I played in college. However, as a fan, I am a total Indiana Basketball homer, they are my team. |
