Spotlight:
1860 Project

The 1860 Project began with the careful deconstruction of an original Indiana timber-frame barn, built around 1860 near Fort Wayne. Every beam, brace, and timber was meticulously cataloged, numbered, and transported before being reassembled on a new homesite in Daleville, Indiana.
Over the course of nearly two years, history and modern craftsmanship came together to create a one-of-a-kind residence. Original hand-hewn timbers were joined with traditional hardwood pegs, reclaimed materials found new purpose, and centuries-old building techniques met today's standards of quality and precision.
More than a home, the 1860 Project is a testament to thoughtful preservation—honoring the past while creating a legacy for generations to come.
